Blessing,a victim of an acid borne narrates how the love of her life and the father of her kids turned her face upside down by pouring acid on her ,She further stated that she was unaware of the reason behind this act from the man she presumed to be her lover.

It is the person I love that poured acid on my face, my children’s father. It has not been easy for me, to wake up everyday and see a completely different face from the way I look before, my face changed completely overnight. I wasn’t like this before, it’s the person I love that turned me to a completely different person. People usually ask me about what I did to my children’s father that made him pour acid on my face. A girl wrote to me on Whatsapp the other day that prior to the incident, I used to feel like I have arrived but now I look worse than a vampire”.”I have heard a lot of crazy stuffs from people ever since this happened to me.
This is the 5th month, the incident happened on the 6th day of June, 2024 and even till date, I still don’t know exactly what i did that made him pour acid on my face because the very day this incident happened, me and him didn’t fight or quarrel. I saw him pouring some stuffs on my clothes, so I asked him what I did and he just turned towards my direction and poured the acid on my face”.”Immediately he poured the acid on my face, he went outside, locked me inside and then ran away so that I won’t be able to leave the room. It was my four years old daughter that helped me to open the door”, Blessing said.
